Challenge: The Air Force needed subject-matter experts to manage operations for 90 Air Force installations and provide support for more than 100,000 users around the globe. These experts were needed for crucial support of the Cyber Support Squadron to manage Air Force publications, forms, and records.
Solution: ECCO Select provided training to more than 300 Base Records Managers across the Air Force, and developed a computer-based training curriculum for more than 100,000 users. The team also played a key role in developing Air Force instructions, and managed the Air Force Help Desk.
