Wits Solutions awarded USDA DISC 24x7x365 IT Service Desk
Wits Solutions is proud to announce a 5-year award to provide comprehensive tiered service desk support, customer experience management, business and operations analysis, program management, and service management modernization for the USDA Digital Infrastructure Service Center (DISC). With the vision to “Be the preferred Digital Infrastructure platform provider, driving the transition to digital and customer-centric systems for USDA and various clients” and currently supporting 700 agreements that span across the Federal Government and USDA Agencies, USDA DISC requires an exceptionally skilled and process mature industry partner and trusted advisor to continue its legacy of superior service and shepherd future modernization efforts.
To tackle this ambitious program, Wits Solutions has partnered with two esteemed firms to form “Team WITS”. This powerhouse team consists of Wits Solutions (Ashburn, Virginia), ECCO Select (Kansas City, MO), and Seneca Holdings (Salamanca, Seneca Nation, NY). Together, Team WITS is committed to delivering exceptional service and driving innovation at the USDA DISC, ensuring superior support, and enhanced operational efficiency.
