ECCO Select Has Won Five-Year IT Support Services at the USDA National Information Technology Center (NITC)

Kansas City, Missouri, December 10, 2018 – ECCO Select today announced that it has won a five-year, $multimillion-dollar task order to provide 24x7x365 IT Support Services to the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) National Information Technology Center (NITC).

USDA’s NITC is the centralized source for 24x7x365 IT Support Solutions for the USDA and other Federal Customers. • Data Center Automation – ECCO Select’s proven blend of technology and processes migrate manual data center operational tasks into automated processes that can be used by end users and technical team members. Automation increases quality through consistency in delivery and reduces costs while increasing operational agility.
• Cloud Management – ECCO Select’s cloud consultants will work closely with NITC technical peers to implement Public and Private cloud brokering and management platforms to allow NITC’s clients to focus on their mission specifics and offload cloud management to the NITC team.
• Data Center Operations – ECCO Select will be responsible for 24x7x365 monitoring and incident management on behalf of NITC. This includes Linux, Microsoft, mid-range, and mainframe platforms across three geographically separate data centers.
