Position Title:     Delivery Manager – Data Center

Position Responsibilities:

As a Delivery Manager – Data Center, you will be instrumental in managing complex infrastructure projects, primarily focusing on data center migrations from on-premises environments to cloud platforms. This role requires direct involvement in the planning, execution, and coordination of application migrations and network setup in new environments. You will work cross-functionally with Application Development (AppDev) teams, end users, IT, and leadership to gather requirements, ensure task completion, and drive successful project delivery.

Essential Skills, Experience

• Proven experience leading large-scale data center migration projects, preferably from on-premises to cloud environments.
• Infrastructure project management expertise, including hosting application migrations and network infrastructure setup.
• Ability to gather requirements from and coordinate with Application Development teams, driving them to meet objectives and navigate technical challenges.
• Outstanding communication skills; adept at facilitating clear and consistent dialogue with AppDev teams, end users, business leadership, and technical stakeholders beyond IT.
• Project Management skills: Strong track record managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and priorities. Must be highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Experience with PCI compliance or regulated environments is preferred, particularly with applications handling credit card data and collaborating with compliance or audit teams.
• Proactive decision-making abilities and a results-oriented approach to overcome obstacles and meet delivery milestones.
• Exceptional organizational skills, with an ability to manage multiple moving parts across concurrent projects.
• Comfortable guiding and motivating cross-functional teams to drive project progress and address challenges in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field is preferred; equivalent work experience will be considered.
• PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience managing infrastructure and/or data center projects, with demonstrated success in cloud migration initiatives.
• Experience with PCI or other IT compliance standards is highly valued.
