Position Responsibilities:

As a Project Manager, you will take a leading role in driving the successful delivery of strategic initiatives, with emphasis on AI and machine learning projects as this area expands within the organization. You will:

• Lead and support multiple projects from initiation through execution and delivery, ensuring they meet defined objectives, timelines, scope, and quality standards.
• Act as a central point of coordination, fostering clear and consistent communication among business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners.
• Define project scopes, set milestones, develop detailed project plans, allocate resources, establish priorities, and monitor project progress.
• Identify, capture, and proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies to minimize negative impacts on project outcomes.
• Facilitate collaboration between business and technical teams, especially bridging communication between business stakeholders, data scientists, and engineers.
• Adapt to fast-changing priorities and organizational needs in a dynamic and evolving environment.
• Report on project status, coordinate project meetings, and ensure stakeholders remain informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
• Uphold best practices in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid, or Scrum) and contribute to continual process improvement.
• Deliver complex projects involving data-driven solutions, predictive analytics, automation, or next-generation technologies on time and within budget.

Essential Skills, Experience

• Demonstrated experience successfully managing and delivering multiple complex projects, ideally including initiatives in AI, machine learning, data analytics, automation, or emerging technologies.
• Strong foundation in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches) and ability to select and apply the right approach for each project.
• Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, with aptitude for collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to proactively identify problems, analyze risks and dependencies, and implement effective solutions to drive project success.
• High degree of adaptability, learning agility, and comfort with change and ambiguity.
• Strong teamwork, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Prior experience working on data-driven, technical, or innovative projects is highly preferred.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or similar) or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of direct project management experience, ideally with exposure to data science, IT, AI/ML, or analytics-focused teams.
• Project management certification (PMP, Agile, Scrum Master, etc.) is a plus.
• Hands-on experience working in cross-functional teams across business and technical domains.
• Strong commitment to professional growth and continuous learning.
