Position Title:     AI Product Builder

Position Responsibilities:

As an AI Product Builder, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and supporting AI-enabled automation solutions that drive digital transformation across various business domains. You will collaborate closely with IT and business teams to understand organizational goals and translate requirements into scalable, innovative technical solutions.

Key areas of focus include:

• Partnering with IT leadership to deliver on organizational mission and foster a client-centric technology culture.
• Developing, implementing, and supporting AI-powered automation and intelligent workflows across multiple business areas.
• Collaborating with IT and business teams to capture requirements and architect scalable technical solutions.
• Building and maintaining AI-driven applications leveraging Azure AI services (such as Document Intelligence, Cognitive Services, and AI Foundry), Power Automate, and Python.
• Integrating AI models with enterprise systems including, but not limited to, Dynamics CRM, Finance & Operations (F&O), Azure Data Lake, and SharePoint.
• Developing reusable components for document processing, predictive analytics, and conversational AI chatbots.
• Ensuring all AI solutions adhere to defined standards for accuracy, security, and industry compliance.
• Continuously exploring and evaluating emerging AI technologies, sharing recommendations for continuous improvement and innovation.

Essential Skills, Experience

The ideal candidate brings strong technical proficiencies alongside a proven track record in delivering enterprise AI and automation solutions within a Microsoft-centric environment. Essential qualifications and background include:

• 4-6 years of experience in IT positions, including at least 2 years in AI and machine learning projects within the Microsoft ecosystem
• Hands-on experience with Azure AI services, including Document Intelligence, Cognitive Services, AI Foundry, and Power Platform (especially Power Automate)
• Proficiency in Python for AI application development and data integration tasks
• Strong experience integrating with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Finance & Operations (F&O), Azure Data Lake, and SharePoint
• Familiarity with data validation, schema mapping, and implementing confidence scoring techniques in AI solutions
• Demonstrated attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills in a dynamic, innovative setting
• Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
• Proven record of delivering AI automation and workflow optimization solutions that create measurable business value

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field is preferred
