We are seeking a Business System Analyst to join our team in a hybrid work environment. You will play a critical role in driving product vision, gathering requirements, managing backlogs, and collaborating with stakeholders and delivery teams to implement high-value solutions. If you are passionate about impactful products and possess strong technical and business analysis skills, we want you!

Key Responsibilities:

– Define, document, and prioritize product, business, and system requirements aligning with business goals.

– Facilitate requirement gathering sessions and ensure a holistic understanding of needs.

– Own the product vision and roadmap, refining strategies based on feedback and trends.

Essential Skills, Experience:

– 8+ years of experience in functional roles, with at least 3 years in an Agile environment.

– Strong track record in business requirements elicitation, documentation, and process analysis.
