Position Title: Service Desk Analyst I    Location: Hybrid – Kansas City 

  

Essential Skills, Experience:

Call Center/Contact Center experience, Phone experience

Assist in first-tier software application support

Provide technical and business problem support to customers via various channels

Assign and manage user access privileges

Maintain confidentiality of private information
