Position Title: Business Analyst (Telecom Expense Management / TEM)

Location Information: Remote

Position Responsibilities:

– Generate & verify detailed data related to billing accounts, supplier information, and contacts for migration to Oracle Fusion.
– Reconcile service inventory with global telecom supplier invoices.
– Prepare and manage purchase requisition requests.
– Assist in testing, error resolution, and approvals in test environments.
– Customize supplier communication and confirm their acceptance of new processes.

Essential Skills, Experience:

– Knowledge of TEM, including telecom/network service inventory, billing, and purchasing.
– Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems.
– Nice to have: Experience with SQL and Oracle Cloud ERP.
