Position Title: Senior Azure Developer
Location Information: Remote
Position Responsibilities:
The Senior Azure Developer will perform full stack Software/Web Development functions, including architecting, designing, and developing new software/web applications. Responsibilities also include maintaining critical business applications, enhancing existing systems, performing unit and system testing, providing support, and participating in help desk tasks. The role involves working in an Agile and collaborative DevOps environment in a leadership capacity, defining and adopting best practices for software/web development functions.
Essential Skills, Experience:
• Familiarity with Azure cloud technology, SaaS, PaaS, IaaS, and ability to develop, configure, and deploy web applications in Azure services.
• Experience in Microsoft Technology Stack with .NET Framework, C#, and OOP using Visual Studio.
• Proficiency in building and utilizing WCF and RESTful APIs, and developing web applications using various tech stacks.
• Designing, developing, and maintaining complex MSSQL stored procedures, functions, and views, as well as maintaining code libraries for modular, scalable code.
• Proficiency in debugging and troubleshooting existing code, familiarity with Azure DevOps for code tracking, maintenance, and code review.
• Experience in creating release pipelines using infrastructure as code methodologies such as Bicep and/or Terraform, producing technical documentation, and participating in all phases of the software development life cycle in a team environment.
• Ability to multi-task, adapt to shifting priorities, follow industry best practices, and company standard secure coding practices.
