Position Title: Program Manager – Implementation

Location: Remote

Position Responsibilities:

– Lead the end-to-end implementation of a system within an Insurance company
– Manage cross-functional teams and ensure alignment with business objectives
– Deliver the project on time and within budget
– Manage risk and communicate with stakeholders
– Ensure the system meets business needs and enhances customer experience

Essential Skills, Experience:

– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
– 10+ years of program management experience within the insurance industry
– Proven track record of leading large-scale, enterprise IT implementations
– Strong understanding of systems, processes, and best practices
– Excellent leadership and team management skills
– Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
