Jeanette Hernandez Prenger

Jeanette Prenger

Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Jeanette leverages her expertise in quickly assessing situations, identifying issues, and developing innovative solutions to help businesses strengthen operations, revenue, profitability, and competitive advantages. She has put these skills into practice at ECCO Select since she started the company in 1995.

Darren Prenger

Darren Prenger

President & Chief Operations Officer

Darren is responsible for running the day-to-day operations of the organization, which includes full P&L responsibility. He oversees the marketing, sales, accounting and finance, customer support, human resources, and recruitment functions of the organization, and is also responsible for developing and implementing the company’s key growth initiatives.

Scott O'Hare

Scott O'Hare

Senior Vice President, Technology Services

Scott is responsible for leading and growing ECCO Select’s government contracting efforts and overseeing the organization’s active federal programs. Since starting in 2020, he has redesigned ECCO Select’s federal growth engine and developed a repeatable Service Delivery Department.

Shawn Ethridge

Shawn Etheridge

Senior Vice President, Corporate Development and Strategy

Shawn oversees the organization’s corporate compliance function and enables revenue operations and growth through strategic account management, corporate development, and enterprise applications support and development.

Chris Hernandez

Chris Hernandez

Executive Vice President, Strategy & Operations

Chris is responsible for managing ECCO Select’s Human Resources and Consultant Delivery functions, as well as advancing talent management and other strategic development initiatives. He also oversees ECCO Select’s marketing efforts.

Lindsey Murphy

Lindsey Murphy

Senior Director of Strategic Development

Lindsey is responsible for driving ECCO Select’s Federal Business Development by building key relationships, pursuing competitive bid opportunities, and enhancing the company pipeline for continued growth.

Karl Barron

Karl Barron

Vice President of Finance

Karl oversees the Accounting & Finance and Payroll departments. He is responsible for maintaining financial controls and accounting policies, as well as producing all financial reporting for the organization, including budgeting, actuals, projections, and forecasts.

Doug Bleam

Doug Bleam, CPA

Corporate Advisor

Doug oversees strategic planning, financial analysis, and management in other functional areas to drive desired financial results for the company. He joined the ECCO Select team in 2015 as the company’s Chief Financial Officer.

Kevin Prenger

Kevin Prenger

Executive Vice President

Kevin started at ECCO Select in 1997, where he fulfilled a variety of contract positions from programming to business analysis. In 2003 he was promoted to Executive Vice President of the company and handled operations and public sector business. Kevin now manages facilities operations and has acted as the project manager for the recent renovation of ECCO Select's first floor.
