Position Title: MS Dynamics Developer – Front End

Position Responsibilities:
We are seeking an experienced MS Dynamics Developer with a focus on front-end technologies to join our team on a 3–6 month contract. In this role, you will play a critical part in the enhancement and ongoing development of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to create intuitive user experiences, develop custom functionalities, and deliver scalable CRM solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing, developing, and enhancing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM applications and customizations to meet evolving business needs.
- Developing responsive and user-friendly front-end components using modern web technologies.
- Building and supporting back-end integrations, plugins, workflows, and custom business logic within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem.
- Customizing forms, dashboards, views, and business processes to align with specific organizational requirements.
- Collaborating effectively with business users, analysts, and technical teams to gather and analyze requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Troubleshooting application issues, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing effective fixes to ensure smooth operation.
- Participating in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities while adhering to established development best practices.
- Documenting technical designs, configurations, processes, and development standards for knowledge sharing and ongoing support.
Essential Skills, Experience
- 5+ years of experience developing solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Customer Engagement).
- Demonstrated proficiency in front-end development, including JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and related web technologies.
- Strong experience developing Dynamics 365 customizations such as forms, business rules, workflows, plugins, and Power Platform components.
- Working knowledge of back-end development using C#, .NET, Web APIs, and Azure services.
- Experience with integrating Dynamics CRM solutions with third-party applications and enterprise systems.
- Familiarity with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse within the Power Platform ecosystem.
- Hands-on experience with source control, DevOps practices, and Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
