A Founder’s Note

Built on relationships.
Sustained by results.

When I founded ECCO Select in 1995, I had one belief: the best technology partnerships are built on knowing your client’s business as well as they do — not just filling seats or pushing products. Thirty years later, that belief is the foundation of everything we do.

As a woman- and minority-owned firm, we’ve built something rare: an organization where access to leadership isn’t a perk — it’s the standard.

Our clients don’t navigate layers of account management to get answers. They call us directly. That will never change.

CEO’s vision

One company.
Comprehensive services.

Our vision is simple: provide organizations with a single partner they can trust to solve complex technology challenges.

By combining Professional Services, Software Advisory, and Talent Solutions within one organization, ECCO Select helps clients move faster, reduce complexity, and achieve better outcomes. We pair enterprise-scale capabilities with the accountability, accessibility, and responsiveness of a boutique firm—delivering solutions tailored to each client’s unique objectives.

As we continue to grow our national presence, our commitment remains unchanged: exceptional service, accountable delivery, and long-term client partnerships built on trust.
