Position Title: Team Lead – Full Stack Developer (WASM / GoLang)

Position Responsibilities:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Team Lead – Full Stack Developer with expertise in both GoLang and WebAssembly (WASM), who can provide both technical leadership and hands-on software engineering for a modern, cloud-native platform. In this pivotal role, you will:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of skilled front-end and back-end developers, driving excellence during Agile sprint cycles and code reviews.
- Enforce coding standards, promote best practices for automated testing, and facilitate a culture of high-quality software delivery.
- Align technical solutions and team deliverables with business requirements, ensuring timely release of product features and enhancements.
- Design, architect, and develop modular and scalable features across the entire technology stack.
- Integrate and optimize front-end WebAssembly (WASM) components with GoLang-based backend services for maximum performance.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including UX, Product, QA, and Engineering to deliver user-centric, high-impact solutions.
- Engineer real-time, collaborative editing capabilities for a dynamic SaaS platform.
- Modernize and refactor legacy systems to enhance performance, maintainability, and scalability.
- Write clean, reusable, and efficient code using JavaScript (ES6+), Node.js, and GoLang.
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and product deployment cycles.
Essential Skills, Experience
To excel in this role, you should bring all or most of the following:
- 8+ years of professional, full-stack software engineering experience.
- Expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), React, Node.js, and GoLang development.
- Hands-on experience with WebAssembly (WASM), with a focus on optimizing browser performance and integrating advanced front-end components.
- Demonstrated experience architecting and consuming RESTful APIs, and basic familiarity with GraphQL.
- Extensive knowledge of cloud platforms and distributed systems architecture, with direct experience working with AWS (including SQS, SNS, Lambda, S3, and ElastiCache).
- Proficiency with event-driven architectures and asynchronous processing, using Kafka, RabbitMQ, MassTransit or equivalent message queuing technologies.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, version control with Git, and Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Experience in DevOps and Infrastructure-as-Code practices, specifically using Terraform for cloud resource provisioning.
- Ability to design, implement, and maintain scalable, reliable cloud-native applications and deployment patterns.
- Proven leadership in technical teams—guiding, mentoring, and elevating team capabilities and project outcomes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, especially in complex, fast-paced technical environments.
- Passion for producing maintainable, testable, and high-quality code.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Proven experience leading development teams and delivering SaaS/cloud-based platforms at scale.
- Preferred: Experience with collaborative or real-time editing platforms, SaaS or EdTech industry background, integrating AI-assisted workflows, and/or holding relevant cloud, DevOps, or software engineering certifications.
