Position Title: Senior Full Stack .NET Developer

Position Responsibilities:
As a Senior Full Stack .NET Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-level web applications using a modern Microsoft and Angular technology stack. You will engage with all stages of the application lifecycle, building robust solutions for a high-profile environment. Collaboration will be core to your function, as you’ll work closely with developers, QA engineers, business analysts, and other stakeholders within a fast-paced Agile team.
- Design, develop, enhance, and maintain components across the full application technology stack.
- Build enterprise web applications using .NET 8, C#, ASP.NET Core, and Angular 16 or later.
- Design and maintain SQL Server database schemas, stored procedures, and efficient SQL queries.
- Develop scalable and secure RESTful APIs and support application/service integrations.
- Create intuitive and responsive user interfaces with Angular.
- Leverage Entity Framework Core for data access and persistence.
- Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and well-tested code that follows software engineering best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across front-end, aplication, API, and database layers.
- Participate in peer code reviews, software testing, troubleshooting, and deployment activities.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and business stakeholders to transform requirements into effective solutions.
- Adhere to source control and CI/CD best practices using Git, GitLab, and related tools.
- Engage in Agile ceremonies and continuously improve team processes and technical delivery.
Essential Skills, Experience
- 7+ years of professional .NET/C# development experience, including significant web application development.
- Expertise in .NET 8, ASP.NET Core Web API, and C#.
- Advanced skills developing front-end solutions with Angular 16 or later.
- Solid experience with Entity Framework Core.
- In-depth experience with Microsoft SQL Server, including SQL queries, database design, and stored procedures.
- Proven ability to design and integrate RESTful APIs and service-oriented solutions.
- Experience working with Git-based source control and development workflows.
- Strong background working within Agile software development teams and processes.
- Analytical thinking with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
- Self-motivated: Able to manage multiple priorities and assignments independently.
- Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and technical environments.
- U.S. Citizenship is required.
- Ability to work full-time onsite in Washington, DC is required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience) preferred.
- Experience with microservices architectures is a plus.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes is advantageous.
- Background implementing applications or services on cloud platforms is desired.
- Strong skills with unit testing frameworks and automated testing practices is valued.
- Exposure to enterprise CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment is a plus.
