Position Title:     Full Stack Developer

Position Responsibilities:


We are seeking experienced Full Stack Developers to join a dynamic, fast-paced environment dedicated to the rapid development and enhancement of modern web applications. This is an execution-driven, hands-on development opportunity for those who thrive in high-output environments and are eager to contribute meaningfully from day one.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and enhancing both front-end and back-end features of web applications.
  • Building and supporting full stack solutions leveraging React, Node.js, and PostgreSQL.
  • Translating requirements and technical direction into efficient, reliable code with quick turnaround.
  • Contributing actively to sprint execution and backlog burn-down, helping to accelerate delivery against defined milestones.
  • Collaborating closely with internal technical leadership to implement incoming development priorities.
  • Troubleshooting issues, improving existing functionality, and supporting ongoing delivery needs.
  • Writing clean, maintainable, and scalable code following best development practices.
  • Participating in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities as part of the development workflow.

The ideal candidate will be able to rapidly integrate into the team and make immediate, tangible contributions to high-priority project objectives.

 

Essential Skills, Experience


  • Strong, professional experience in full stack software development.
  • Proven hands-on expertise with:
    • React
    • Node.js
    • PostgreSQL
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain modern web applications.
  • Skilled at ramping up quickly and executing effectively in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities.
  • Clear problem-solving aptitude and ability to contribute quality code with minimal onboarding time.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of collaborating directly with internal technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with code reviews, testing procedures, and modern deployment practices.

Preferred, but not required:

  • Background in contract or project-based delivery environments.
  • Familiarity with AWS-hosted applications and cloud infrastructure.
  • Experience developing and integrating REST APIs and other modern application integrations.
  • Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and up-to-date development workflows.
  • Exposure to supporting delivery teams working under tight deadlines or high-volume development cycles.

Success in this position will look like:

  • Seamless, rapid onboarding and immediate, impactful contributions.
  • Acceleration of delivery against pre-established backlog and project targets.
  • Producing reliable, maintainable full stack solutions with a high degree of independence.
  • Effective collaboration with technical leads and development teams to drive aggressive timelines to completion.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is highly desirable.

These are contract positions tied to near-term delivery objectives. The initial engagement is projected to run through the end of July, with strong possibility for extension based on project needs and performance.
