Position Responsibilities:

We are seeking experienced Full Stack Developers to support the rapid delivery of high-priority web application projects. In this hands-on, execution-focused role, you will work closely with the internal technical team to drive the build and enhancement of robust, scalable web applications. You’ll be responsible for executing defined priorities, hitting aggressive milestones, and delivering quality code in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and enhancing both front-end and back-end features for web applications
• Building and supporting full stack solutions with React, Node.js, and PostgreSQL
• Translating requirements and technical direction into functional, efficient code
• Contributing to sprint execution and the rapid completion of backlog items
• Collaborating with internal technical leadership to implement new development initiatives
• Troubleshooting issues and improving existing functionality on an ongoing basis
• Writing clean, maintainable, and scalable code optimized for performance and reliability
• Participating in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities as part of a collaborative team

Essential Skills, Experience

• Solid professional experience as a full stack software developer
• Hands-on expertise with:
  • React (front-end development)
  • Node.js (back-end development)
  • PostgreSQL (database development and maintenance)
• Prior experience building and maintaining modern web applications
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-moving, high-output environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to quickly ramp up and contribute
• Clear, concise communication skills and ability to collaborate well with technical teams
• Demonstrated ability to execute against shifting priorities and tight deadlines

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field is highly desired
• Experience with contract or project-based delivery is preferred
• Familiarity with AWS-hosted applications
• Experience working with REST APIs and modern application integrations
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and modern deployment workflows
• Background supporting high-volume development teams or meeting aggressive project milestones

These are contract roles tied to critical delivery objectives, with initial engagement expected through the end of July and potential for extension based on business needs and performance.
