Position Title: Cisco Collaboration Engineer

Location Information: Onsite – San Diego, CA

Position Responsibilities:

Provide technical expertise in the implementation, and support of Cisco Collaboration solutions including Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Cisco Unity Connection (CUC), Cisco Emergency Responder (CER), and Cisco Contact Center Express (UCCX). Responsible for migrating from the old PBX to the new Cisco Voice Solution and providing ongoing support. Deploy and implement Cisco Collaboration solutions, assist the Senior Implementation Engineer on the rollout, and configure call routing, dial plans, voice gateways, and SIP trunks.

Essential Skills, Experience:

– Proficient in Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Cisco Unity Connection (CUC), Cisco Emergency Responder (CER), and Cisco Contact Center Express (UCCX).

– Experience with migrating from old PBX systems to new Cisco Voice Solutions.
