Position Title: Power BI and Power Apps Consultant
Location Information: Hybrid-DFW Area, On-site as Needed
Position Responsibilities:
– Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
– Build and deploy Power Apps solutions to collect and manage data from subcontractors and internal users.
– Translate business and operational requirements into functional Power BI and Power Apps deliverables.
– Integrate data from multiple sources such as daily subcontractor logs (e.g., rebar, plumbing, concrete usage, etc.).
– Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and usability across Power Platform applications.
– Collaborate with internal stakeholders.
– Support testing, deployment, and user adoption of new applications and dashboards.
Essential Skills, Experience:
– Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI and Power Apps development.
– Proven ability to gather and interpret business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
– Solid understanding of data modeling, DAX, Power Query, and the Power Platform ecosystem.
– Intermediate-level experience—comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
– Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
– Effective communication skills for internal collaboration.
