Position Title: PC Support I
Location Information: Onsite – Kansas City
Position Responsibilities:
Under general supervision, the PC Support I role involves providing end user support, conference room equipment support, and IT Walk-Up general technical support. Responsibilities include troubleshooting desktop and workstation-related issues, maintaining various devices such as laptops, desktops, printing devices, smartphones, and tablets, with a focus on effective end user assistance.
Essential Skills, Experience:
– Working knowledge of Windows 11, Microsoft Office, and Office 365
– Experience in in-person IT support with laptops, PCs, laser printer hardware, iOS, and Android (1-3 years)
– Knowledge of Active Directory, Entra ID, and Intune solutions
– Strong organizational skills, ability to communicate technical issues clearly, and efficient multitasking capabilities
– Availability to support end users via various channels and understanding of incident prioritization and ticketing systems
