Position Title: Data Center Technician

Location Information: Chicago, IL

Position Responsibilities:

– Install, maintain, and troubleshoot servers, networking hardware, and other data center equipment.

– Perform regular inspections and preventative maintenance on data center infrastructure.

– Monitor systems, respond to alerts, and assist with capacity planning.

– Ensure compliance with data center policies, document activities, and provide technical support to clients.

Essential Skills, Experience:

– Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.

– 2+ years of data center or IT support experience, preferably in colocation.

– Strong understanding of data center infrastructure, hardware, and networking technologies.

– Problem-solving skills, ability to work under pressure, and excellent communication.
