Position Title: Sr. Product Developer

Location Information: Onsite – Kansas City

Position Responsibilities:

As a Sr. Product Developer, you will design, build, configure, test, and maintain solutions within the Microsoft Power Platform. You will partner with stakeholders to analyze business problems, lead product development, and ensure successful project deployments. Additionally, you will document technical designs, collaborate with team members, and establish best practices for solution development.

Essential Skills, Experience:

– Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
– 4+ years of experience in software engineering or development
– Proficiency with Microsoft Power Platform and other low-code/no-code platforms
– Programming experience in languages such as Python, Java, .Net
– Familiarity with Power BI or similar applications
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
– Understanding of Lean, Six-Sigma, Agile methodologies
– Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
