Position Title:      UX Designer

Location Information  Within 100 miles KCMO

Position Responsibilities:

– Design user experience and interaction flow for cloud-based applications and internal tools
– Prototype using Figma and create design artifacts
– Produce wireframes, mockups, and design documentation
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the development lifecycle
– Maintain design systems and style guides
– Conduct user testing and contribute to usability research
– Present work to teams and refine designs based on feedback

Essential Skills, Experience

– 1-3 years of UX design experience or equivalent
– Strong understanding of modern UX/UI principles, especially for SaaS and mobile-first design
– Proficient in Figma and familiarity with Atlassian suite
– Ability to balance aesthetics with usability and communicate design decisions effectively
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
