Position Title: Senior Azure Developer      

Location Information   Remote

Position Responsibilities:

The Senior Azure Developer will be responsible for performing full-stack software/web development functions, which include architecting, designing, and developing new software/web applications. This role involves maintaining critical business applications, enhancing existing systems, performing unit and system testing, providing support, and handling help desk tasks. The position will operate in an Agile and collaborative DevOps environment in a leadership capacity, defining and adopting best practices for software/web development functions.

Essential Skills, Experience

– Familiarity with Azure cloud technology and concepts (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS) with the ability to develop, configure, and deploy web applications in Azure services.

– Proficiency in developing and enhancing applications in the Microsoft Technology Stack, including .NET Framework, C#, Visual Studio, WCF, and RESTful APIs.

– Experience with various tech stacks like ASP.NET, VB.NET, C#.NET, and Node.js to develop and maintain web applications.

– Designing, developing, and maintaining complex MSSQL Stored Procedures, Functions, and Views.

– Proficiency in maintaining code libraries for modular, scalable code and debugging existing code.

– Familiarity with Azure DevOps for work tracking, code maintenance, code review, and creating release pipelines.

– Experience in producing technical documentation and participating in all phases of the software development life cycle in a team environment.

– Ability to multitask, adapt to shifting priorities, follow industry best practices, and adhere to company standard secure coding practices.
