Position Title: Connect Ambassador

Location Information: Onsite Kansas City

Position Responsibilities:

The Connect Ambassador will support customer service efforts, engage with customers, answer questions, coordinate traffic flow, and assist with event preparation and clean-up. They will collaborate with team members, attend staff meetings, and help with special events.

Essential Skills, Experience:

Solid communication and customer service skills, self-starter, outgoing, organized, detail-oriented, works well in a fast-paced environment, good judgment, knowledge of MS Office Suite, team player, professional demeanor, flexible and adaptable.
