Sr. CONTENT STRATEGIST

We are seeking a Sr. Content Strategist who will develop content strategies and guide content curation for digital content projects, including website redesigns and re-platforms, ongoing content marketing, and end-to-end customer experience (CX) engagements. 

Responsibilities include:

–      Leveraging data insights and research to develop content strategies, briefs, calendars, and production plans

–      Executing qualitative, quantitative, and competitive content audits to inform content gap analyses

–      Mapping content items to support information architecture, sitemap, and design components

–      Developing content ideas, storytelling structures and governance guidelines to drive editorial calendars and processes

–      Conducting content quality assurance to validate quality, accuracy, and placement
