Position Title: Data Center Technician
Location Information: Onsite – Decatur, IL
Position Responsibilities:
| Performs hardware installation & decommission of enterprise servers and cabling infrastructure |

| Troubleshoots and repair of data center hardware and networking infrastructure |
| Racks and stacks of data center equipment, including but not limited to servers, networking devices, monitoring systems and other equipment |
| Racks installation includes putting racks in place, cables, power up and hand off of servers to internal provisioning teams |
| Monitors of data center environments using monitoring tools |
| Documents and modifies standard operating procedures for the data center |
| Supports the inventory process by keeping track of order replacement parts and return failed parts as required |
| Installs structured cabling, performs labeling, and troubleshooting of fiber, copper, and telecom cables |
| Manages system power supply and ensures uninterrupted power supply inside the data center |
