Position Title: Senior Systems Engineer

Location Information: Onsite – Odessa, TX

Position Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Engineer to join our team and play a critical role in maintaining our IT infrastructure. As a Senior Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for:

• Maintaining and optimizing virtualization environments using VMware.
• Managing and securing Active Directory environments, as well as implementing Group Policy best practices.
• Overseeing Citrix environments, including NetScaler configuration and management, to ensure a secure and efficient end-user experience.
• Troubleshooting complex infrastructure issues and automating routine tasks.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support business operations.

Additionally, experience with Microsoft Azure, automation, and scripting is highly desirable.

Essential Skills & Expertise:

• 5-10 years of experience as a Systems Engineer.
• Deep expertise in VMware, Active Directory, Group Policy, and general infrastructure management.
• Knowledge of Citrix and NetScaler configuration and management.
• Experience with Linux and a strong understanding of enterprise-level systems and networking.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to automate routine tasks and streamline processes.
