Position Title: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Architect
Location Information: Onsite – Kansas City
Position Responsibilities:
– Architect, design, and lead the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions across the enterprise ecosystem.
– Collaborate with business leaders, analysts, and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
– Configure, customize, and extend Dynamics 365 functionalities (Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations) using Power Platform, workflows, and plugins.
– Integrate Dynamics 365 with existing applications and third-party systems, ensuring seamless data flow and operational efficiency.
– Establish and enforce best practices for Dynamics 365 development, deployment, and performance optimization.
– Provide technical leadership and guidance to internal teams and external vendors.
– Develop and maintain documentation for solutions, including architecture diagrams, workflows, and integration designs.
– Stay up-to-date with Microsoft Dynamics 365 updates and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions that meet evolving needs.
– Troubleshoot and resolve system issues while providing ongoing support and training for users.
Essential Skills, Experience:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, a related field or professional experience.
– Minimum of 7+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 architecture, design, and implementation.
– Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 modules such as Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, and Customer Engagement.
– Proficiency in Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate).
– Advanced knowledge of Azure services, .NET, C#, JavaScript, and SQL.
– Experience with integration tools (e.g., Logic Apps, APIs, middleware) and data migration strategies.
– Strong understanding of security, compliance, and scalability requirements in enterprise solutions.
– Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
