Position Title: UI/UX Designer

Position Responsibilities:

– Create and manage all UX and UI deliverables and assets throughout the project lifecycle.
– Present UX and UI designs to stakeholders and clients, and handle feedback to refine and improve designs.
– Collaborate effectively with internal and external execution teams to ensure seamless integration of design elements.
– Assist in designing wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes aligned with project goals and user needs.
– Collaborate with other key roles (developers, project managers, business analysts) to ensure cohesive project execution.

Essential Skills, Experience:

– Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, UX, or related field.
– 1-4 years of experience in a creative field such as agency, marketing, or production company.
– Experience with web and native applications is a plus.
– Strong background in UX, UI, customer experience (CX), and interaction design.
– Robust portfolio showcasing UX and UI projects, as well as traditional graphic design, typography, and layout skills.
– Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or similar, and other Adobe products.
– Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus but not required.

Qualifications:

– Must possess a current SECRET clearance.

– Effective time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
