ECCO Select was awarded the General Service Administration (GSA) 8(a) STARS II Governmentwide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) on July 29, 2011 with the official Notice to Proceed (NTP) on August 31, 2011.

8(a) STARS II is a multiple-award, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract engineered to provide cutting edge technology solutions to federal agencies Leveraging the 8(a) STARS II GWAC vehicle provides a streamlined acquisition process for Federal IT service based procurements.

Contract Scope

The scope of the 8(a) STARS II GWAC is centered on four Functional Areas (FAs). The contract offers simple to complex IT service solutions. The ECCO Select contract was awarded under Constellation I.
